REFUND POLICY

    At Kuddy Cosmetics, Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we offer replacement of defective or damaged products previously purchased from us. The Refund policy (the “Policy”) informs you about your right to return and receive a refund or replacement for products purchased on the website as well as describes the procedure, rules and guidelines relating to the return and refund for the products purchased on our website.

     

     

    1. Return & Refund policy

    We offer returns and refunds of damaged products according to the provisions of the law. If the product purchased is damaged or defective. You are entitled to a refund.

     

     

     

    2. Refunds

    Customer may be eligible for a refund provided that; 

    The product is returned in its original packaging.
    The product remains sealed and unused.
    The product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return.
    The product will be returned with the receipt issued its purchase.

     

     

    3. Exceptions

    Notwithstanding other provisions of this policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

    You received what you ordered for but simply changed your mind about the product.
    You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product
    You were aware or notified of the problems with the product before making the purchase.
    Failure to request for return exceeding 5 days of been delivered.

     

     

    4. Exempted products

    Notwithstanding other provisions of this policy, we may not accept any return and refuse to grant a refund of the following types of products;

    Products with active ingredients and as such will change color due to weather conditions but are very well still in good condition.

     

     

    5. Damaged products

    If you discover the products purchased from us is damaged from delivery:

    Report the damage to us immediately upon discovery.
    Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received.
    We will organize a replacement of the product provided it is returned within 5 days following receipt of the product.

     

     

    6. Return shipping

    We will bare all costs and other costs associated with the return of the products.

     

     

    7. How to return products

    Product may be returned as follows;

    Product may be return with 5 days following the receipt of the product.

    Refunds are issued at our discretion, as we may reject, grant a refund, replace damage products.
