No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily, view your order history, save your address for a faster checkout process.

We process orders very quickly to ensure you get your products as soon as possible. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

We currently do not offer Pay on Delivery. Payment must be made online or via bank transfer before the order is shipped.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website where you can monitor your delivery.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are incorrect, damaged, or defective. For a return to be eligible, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all seals intact.
